Exercise Can Help Your Older Members to Prevent Mental Decline

Performing more than one hour of exercise daily may help prevent mental decline in your older members. A study from the Netherlands found that older men who exercised one hour or less each day had twice the risk of mental decline than the more active older men in the study.
