Government to Americans Eat Your Veggies!

Because people who eat lots of fruits and vegetables have lower risks for heart disease and some types of cancer, for the past decade U.S. government agencies have been urging Americans to eat more of them. But only about one-fifth of adult Americans follow advice to eat at least five servings of fruits and vegetables per day, according to a report in the May issue of the American Journal of Public Health.
